Returns and refund requests must be made within 7 days of purchase.
After 7 days, all sales are final and no refunds will be issued, except in cases of manufacturer defects.
Manufacturer Defects
If your item arrives defective or becomes faulty due to a manufacturer defect, please contact us at support@musclecitybarbell.com with photos and details.
Approved defective items will be replaced or refunded at no additional cost to you.
Non-Returnable Items
Items returned after 7 days (unless defective).
Items damaged due to misuse, neglect, or normal wear and tear.
Clearance or final sale items.
Return Process

Once approved, carefully package your item and ship it back using a trackable method.
Refunds (when applicable) will be processed back to your original payment method within 5–7 business days after we receive the returned item.
